Updated version of the original mod available here:

I did absolutely nothing but just reloaded file with newest schemas with RPFM which should prevent file from causing random CTDs (in my case it did and update works it out, yet CA made settings update for using multicore processors so it may not be an issue anymore).

Mod is also placed correctly in workshop section of Steam instead of data catalogue which made "obsolete" flag in launcher.

Works, even with a bunch of other mods including Radius. I put it at the top of the list.

Yeah, well, mod is not balanced, it is as it is, so making it kinda cheat is a temptation, but it is still your choice how to use it.
I just use it to correct stupid or unexplained/unfair AI moves.

Recently gave away like 20 regions to the same faction in a single turn (basic campain mode)
Just propose a gift or something, the remove that proposition with the big bottom cross, and the "give region" button will un-gray itself

Save often tho cause trying to give all those made me crash twice haha

Figured it out. When loading older saves you may have to skip a turn for the icon to appear. Such a feature really should have been in the base game. Thxs you Aurelinus for the reload of this awesome mod.
