Beskrivelse
If an item can be obtained as a post battle loot by one race than all other races can get it the same way as well.
Doesn't affect followers, quest or crafted items.

Never noticed tiers change, the only thing mod changes is which faction can get it

No problem, it doesn't affect items that were added after the mod release in any way, nor does it affect new items added by mods.

Yeah kinda strange banner, the uniqueness string comes from an outside db, while greenskins Mork's banner works just fine, deleted it. Thank you for noticing
