Thanks to Athanasios for letting me rework his brilliant mod.

Customized Athanasios' Attila Ultimate Fixes to work with Fall of the Eagles, Europa Perdita or FotE + EP Revised with permission of the author.

Depending what you use - mod must be positioned higher than the enlisted mods (example of mod manager's order in the printscreen).

All submods are always updated (if they need that) simultaneously. Starting printscreen is example of the combo if you play WRE.

Assuming the photo is the load order in which to keep them. Top being #1...?

Also, all of those (including this) are up to date with the most recent version of FoTE + EP Revised, despite FoTE +EP revised being updated later than this?

Anyway this mod doesn't fix unit upgrades besides fleet units, FotE doesn't provide land unit upgrades (besides few unique), so they can't block tech which doesn't exist.
Look eventually for mods' order if you really can't recruit some + some eastern units are actually subculture specific, like Armenian Spears are not available for Sassanids.

FotE doesn't provide any unit upgrades, (besides some unique) this mod cannot impact on features that don't exist.
Verify other mods you are using and select compatible only.

Hello, I noticed this mod disables all tech-related unit upgrades for the Sassanids. I can't upgrade or recruit any Armenian spears, Elite Immortals or Dailamites. -bug?

Nope, it was a compatibility issue with this one:

Restarted without it with WRE and Argentatorum has 4 slots. My bad.

They are actually fixed with FotE + EP Revised. If you play just FotE without EP/Revised you can use it anyway, unless author didn't sneak some unwanted changes that collide (what is unfortunately notorious manner).
