I am not the author of these models! I just posted them to the Garry`s mod workshop for those people who have trouble finding them!
This pack[vk.com] can be found in the MadIvan18`s VK group.[vk.com]

Release of the Arstotzka staff pack, including:

1. Border troops (3 options)
2. Inspectors (3 options)
3. Police (2 options)
4. Various office props
5. Guard props (barriers, guard booth)

the more people ask for the conversion of these models into playermodels the less i think he wants to do it
idk tho just going off what most content creators feel like
