Roar of the Jade Sea : Yin-Yin, the Sea Dragon: Jade Pirate Submod

This is just a submod that allows the Jade Pirates have a little bit more features like shipbuilding and a faction effect so they feel more playable. Will consider more changes as time goes by, currently this version should work fine but if there's any bugs with this enabled please let me know.

Update 7/9/23
Mega update, changed the corruption preference and spread(for the most part) to uncorrupted
Added new units, removed raise dead, changed their start to be more similar to other factions.
Removed the Vampire Fleet lords and added in a second human lord type, adjusted the garrison and probably some more changes I forgot about, this probably broke saves so I'll add a old version just for people to finish playing with what they had.

Currently this is probably about as 'human' as this faction is going to get, beyond that I may add a nippon hero type and a few more units to round out their roster(suggestions are fine, but I'm not the best modder in ability)
