Textured Build States

Makes a number of textures also apply to the build states so now you have even more flexibility when designing.

The following textures have been modified to also apply to the build state.
Carbon Fiber
Battered
Concrete
Dusty
Glamour
Mossy
Rusty
Wooden

Note: This doesn't add any new textures to the game. I'm only telling the game to use the textures in place of the default one it uses for build states. You will still have to own the appropriate DLC to use some of these textures.

I tested it with a stupidly large grid of partially built blocks and didn't notice any problems other than the usual ones associated with stupidly large grids. ;)

Latest Change
Fixed the broken build state textures for the half slab and half slab slope.
I had to overwrite the definitions for these blocks to force the new model to load so if you are loading a mod that also alters those blocks, make sure it is loaded at a higher priority than this one.
