No Notification Zoom

By default, the camera moves very close to the ground when clicking on some of the event messages or on the notifications before ending a turn. I have never seen any player keeping the camera like this while playing and it's very annoying since it forces us to zoom out very often.

This mod simply sets the camera height to 42 "meters" instead of 5-15 meters when the camera moves after clicking on most notifications or event messages.

Disclaimer :
With this mod the camera won't always be moved properly on some mission markers but slightly south of them for some reason. It's more obvious when zoomed out, unfortunately I don't see any solution to this problem.
