Landmark Spawnings (Updated for 6.3)

Omschrijving

This Mod adds 15 new unique blessed spawn units for the Lizardmen with unique abilities, stats, traits and appearances and is themed around the landmark which grants them. Each one is tied to a different landmark, the corresponding unit will spawn upon completion of the landmark then with a 5% chance each turn after. The number that spawn at a time depends on the tier of unit. 1 of each unit will be added to the settlement garrison when the landmark is constructed. The mod will work for all Lizardmen factions, including modded ones

Flame attacks and fire resistance

Anti infantry Temple guard with frenzy and increased attack

Luna Guard (Temple Guard)
Magic attack and spell resist

Eternal Guard (Temple Guard)

Tlazcotl's Chosen
Chameleon Stalkers with a powerful poisons ranged attack

Caxuatn's Riders
Skink Shock Cavalry, with a bound net ability and huge speed

Emerald Scales
Regeneration and increased HP

Eyes of the Desert
a bound sandstorm ability that recharges in combat

Spears of Sotek
Skink Cohort with a Special poisoned ranged and melee weapon

Wing's of Tepok
Terradon Riders with a bound healing bombardment

Star Chamber Veteran
A unique Carnsosaur that calls down a meteor shower around it

Quetli's Teeth
Kroxigors with regen in combat

Seers of Sotek
Skink Cohort with magic javalins and magic attacks

Sea Salamanders
Salamnders with regen in water



Nakai gets these units if his vassal the defenders of the great plan control the settlement with the landmark.

Q: Is this compatible with other Landmark mods
A: Yes but the new landmarks will not have new units

That was just a joke btw, idk whats going on with the other guys but I just spawned gilded guard and reloaded the campaign. Took them into a battle. No issues as far as I can see.

Hello, just wanted to say the mod did not crash the game on start albeit I did not test it yet in proper campaign. One way or another, thanks for this one, been enjoying using it since WH2, new units are great. :spino:

Hello there, there is a misspelling. It says "Wing's of Tepok"
But it should be "Wings of Tepok"

Do the units in this mod seem a bit weak to anyone else? Like they're super cool conceptually and design wise, but its hard to justify using them over the blessed variant of whatever unit. Is it because I'm using medallion of chaqua too? Maybe an optional submod to buff these guys and make them more worthwhile to seek out would be cool.

@Author, Quetli's Teeth don't show up in the landmark it was supposed to be. This happened after the 6.3 patch
