Description

Introduction
Hi there, welcome to Kaiserreich Naval Rework.
This is a project devoted to enriching the naval lore in the KRTL on the basis of VNR, Vanilla Navy Rework. The intention of this mod is to create a soft-core, RP-oriented naval experience with as few changes as possible applied to vanilla naval system.

Features
Detailed Naval Lore: Experience the most detailed naval lore created exclusively for KRTL with unique lineups, organizations and ships for almost every starting country.
Ship Designer Overhaul: A semi-realistic designer, have fun designing historical ships but not that complex.
Hundreds of customized icons: Unique ship icons for every major country and some minor countries
New Naval Tech Tree: A completely reworked naval tree extending to 1955, slightly extended ship gun tree and a new naval auxiliary tree. They add more depth and flavor to each ship hull and fleet management.
New Modules: Dozens of new ship modules. New GFX for almost all vanilla modules.
AI Improvement: Historical and reasonable AI naval production strategies for all major countries to make them react with different fleet building focus in war and peace.
Cheating: Find the navy too hard to play? Take the cheating options to build starships and burn your enemies.

Amazing mod, though I would recommend to anyone playing to use an extra research slot mod solely dedicated to this rework's modules - not a criticism of the mod, just an observation that might help your playthrough if you're playing a nation like German East Asia that can fall behind on other techs while keeping up with all the new Naval stuff.

Mr Punk - found the gremlin, and removed it. Surgically. Thank you for your help, and thank you again for your efforts in making an essential mod.

Why I can't convert Weser CV"s for Germany from 1 plane hangar to 3 plane hangars? Cause it's a trash CV, with 20 planes in squadron. And if you try to upgrade it to 60 plane-squadron, game then treats it as an entirely new design, and you are denied the possibility to refit it.
There is also a problem that despite Weser-class CV's being obviously intermediate stop-gap solution, there are 2 more of them in production half-way finished. Either make it possible to refit Weser with more plane hangars, or add a more advanced design for Germany, with 60 or 80 planes, and 1 or 2 in production at the game's start date. Feels frustrating, to be honest.
