Update 5.7.2025
-fixed SeaGuard faces
-added proper colours to Sea Guard RoR weapons


The return of the OG Highelf reskin mod!

-recolours all regional units like Ellyrian Reavers to always show the colours of their respective kingdoms
-adds regional variants for Spearmen and Silver Helms, including custom shields
-minor tweaks to a bunch of units (helmets for armoured archers, quivers for Sea Guard etc.)
-adds female models to most units
-replaces faction heraldry and battleflags

All changes are visual-only and don't affect stats

HUGE thanks to Masked Mustachio for his Youtube tutorials and the Modding Den Discord in general.

Equally HUGE thanks to zerg93 for updating the mod to 5.0.

I don't like X aspect of the mod, can you change it?
I don't do requests, sorry. But if you tell me what's bvothering you, I'll tell you how to make the changes yourself. Just PLEASE make sure I haven't already answered your question in the comments. If you don't take the time to read the description or check the comments, I won't respond.

Can I take parts of the mod to use myself?
Absolutely, go wild.

Is this compatible with X?
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't touch the look of the units

Can I recruit the regional Spearmen/Silver Helms to mix & match
Yes, with my Levies of Ulthuan mod

My parents were murdered by female elves and I can't enjoy the game with them in it.
Look up the early comments; I've gone over the process of how to remove the female models and audio.

Shouldn't think so, Reskin mods generally aren't since they tend to modify the same files.

I'm noticing that the athel tamara faith bearers are missing their shields and silverguard have a weird indigo contrast on their shields
