Books that give you an xp multiplier for melee weapons, firearms and bunch of other skills

Can't read a book? Multiplier disappears after some time? Some other issue?
Thats probably mods conflicting with one another, there is no other reason behind it, because the mod barely has any coding behind it (Just customizing some lists). Please keep that in mind when reporting an issue in the comments.

- Firearm mastery (Aiming)
- Reloading Techniques (Reloading)

- Fighting mobility (Nimble)

- Hand combat mastery (Strength)

Item ID's for spawning them (Replace X with a number of a tier from 1 to 5):

did some debuging this mod does nothing in newerst version and it cant spawn half the things listed in description and many of them that you can find/spawn are already the ones that exist in vanila (making duplicates of different names)

god damn i cant find your books anywhere so this mod is ether not working or they spawn in some specific locations (riverside did not had a single book of your mod)

your books do not spawn in "universitylibrary" rooms (5 floors in Louisville), is that intentional?

i also noticed that some of the books from the mod are in the game, making a book collection that much more annoying to build up, as i cant be sure which books i have which series of.

Some of your books duplicate existing ones, maybe they should be removed for build 42?

when i try "additem EBAxe1" command it dosent work. It says item does not exist, but when i check mod enabled it is on my server. Odd.

Could you give color to these book? I know there a mod out there for it, but it would help shorten mod list a bit, also if we move to B43 someday, ppl wont have to port the colored mod
