Extra movement for Heroes and March Stance

March stance, Naval double time and Heroes have increased movement range on campaign map.

• Lords and (especially) Heroes have increased movement range
  - Lords have 10% extra movement (base goes from 110 to 120)
  - Heroes have 100% extra movement
  
  
• More range for March stance and Naval double time
  - March Stance doubles the base movement range (gives +120, vanilla is +50)
  - Naval Double Time increased (gives +80, base game is +50)
  
  
• No abuse of March stance
  - March Stance costs 90 movement points to use
  - Naval Double Time costs 75 movement points to use
  - March Stance increases the risk of being ambushed (gives 50%, vanilla is 25%)

Saved game compatible ?
- Yes, but /!\ any heroes recruited before installing the mod will not have the increased movement range.

Player only ?
- No, everything also affects the AI, with the exception of the +10% more movement range for lords.
- However, the AI will not use the march stance after moving, as it costs a lot of movement points to use.

Is this compatible with X ?
- Only if it doesn't directly affect movement like my mod is doing.

Works in Multiplayer ?
- ye

Does the mod need to be up to date to work ?
- nah probably not, but do scream in the comments if an update breaks it

- If your faction starts with a hero unit from the start, this hero will not have the increased movement range.
- After installing the mod, you need to wait the next turn to see the movement changes (only the first time)
- Sometimes your hero's movement range can become weird if it leaves an army in march stance. Don't worry about it, it gets fixed on the next turn.
