This was fixed using the latest TLS Updated animation and bones, everything should be working in order!

The US Army just got two times more optimistic. Uses Francis's animations, as neither I nor Valve couldn't get Louis's to work, and will NOT conflict with any addons that don't alter the character's animation files.
