'Soviet 2000s' panel apartments

Beskrivning
A sort of different project this time, this mod proposes a contemporary era residential building that can be seen in recently developped districts of Brest, Belarus. It is re-imagined as a 'proxy' of what Soviet residential construction might have looked like in the beginning of the 21st Century.

Hosts 200 adults at 95pc quality. Noticeably more expensive to build than its vanilla counterparts, requires mechanical components for the elevators, and is self-heating capable.

NB: Such buildings that have the self-heating ability are found only in the Mod menu, not the standard tab with residential buildings, if anyone has trouble finding them in-game.

One modest LOD is available. Skins are available in the associated skin pack.

It is good idea to add more blocks of flats from 2000s and 2010s

some day perhaps, I have a few candidates for that. The ones modelled here are in fact more recent than 2010 if I remember correctly.

I try to place passages only where doors are.

why not pedestrian passages on both sides?

If however you would like yours to never be self-heating, you could remove the lines
$CIVIL_BUILDING
and
$PARTICLE
from the script, and that would do it.

I have the impression that contemporary buildings in the ex-USSR are often like this. Or maybe it's only the extravagant ones, I dunno. Either way it seemed to me like a possibility for more technologically advanced constructions. As far as I know, if you provide them with heat from the network though, they stop self-heating and polluting, so you still have the incentive to build heat distribution.

Isn't self heating such a big building a bit cheaty?
