Poorly written MvM shop imitation, but hey it works...somewhat...

Does nothing on its own, download the required addons to make it work.
RIGHT NOW IT ONLY WORKS IN SINGLEPLAYER

Type
mvm_shop
to open the shop without spawning the entity.
