Given the lack of context, as everyone has probably already figured, this is pretty much the same texture as TF2's golden texture...
HOWEVER, I learned that this texture is actually made for another addon, which is a sanic nextbot that do something shiny!

If you grab this gold texture, make sure to grab the other addon from the same creator.
Otherwise, it's a waste of time like how others before me stated.

People who think that this is a backdoor , I hasten to inform you that this is not a backdoor .
I looked at the full file, it contains the texture itself, which is from TF2.
As for the scripts, there are no hidden actions there.
