HOWEVER, I learned that this texture is actually made for another addon, which is a sanic nextbot that do something shiny!
If you grab this gold texture, make sure to grab the other addon from the same creator.
Otherwise, it's a waste of time like how others before me stated.
I looked at the full file, it contains the texture itself, which is from TF2.
As for the scripts, there are no hidden actions there.
Here is the code:

These commands only add the texture itself to the materials menu and replaces the original texture .
And it's normal that it weighs a little more than 1 MB, because the texture is compressed.
