Laser Projectiles Replacement

Unless you have bloom enabled, the laser projectile models in SS4 look like a white spaghetti noodle mixed with a glowstick. This mod will replace the models for the following:

- Laser Rifle projectile model
- Minor Biomechanoid laser projectile model
- Octanian trooper laser projectile model
- Hoverboard laser

Hitbox of the Laser Rifle projectile was also slightly increased to compensate.
Other than that, it is purely cosmetic.
