Guns (Props) Of The Cinema: 80's Pistols

THESE ARE PROPS.

This addon includes four (4) weapon props. All of them are based on specific examples built for films or television shows, or are real-world firearms more known for appearing in fiction than real-life. As the title might suggest, this is dedicated to pistols that are famous or infamous for showing up in 1980's films and television.

This currently includes the A.J.M. 9, Ubisoft's interpretation of the customized 'Auto-9' Beretta 93R from Robocop (1987). The AMT Hardballer Longslide from The Terminator (1984), complete with the chunky LaserLock sight. The Bren Ten, a short-lived 10mm pistol best known for appearing in the first two seasons of Miami Vice (1984). And the LAPD 2019 Blaster from Blade Runner (1982), also known as 'That Gun' from Fallout: New Vegas.


FEATURES:

- 4 weapon props: A.J.M. 9, AMT Hardballer, Bren Ten, LAPD 2019 Blaster.
- Bodygroups and skins. Use the Easy Bodygroup Tool to select them or hold C, right click the model and use the "bodygroup" and "skin" options.
- Phong and custom environment map shaders.
- Magazine props.
- Each firearm is rigged to a bone set allowing virtually every part to be moved and manipulated using the Joint Tool and/or Advanced Bone Tool.
- Supports direct attachment of particles using the Advanced Particle Controller.


NOTES/ISSUES:

- These are not usable weapons (SWEPs). If you wish to create your own SWEPs using these models feel free to do so.

- Bodygroups only control the attachments and cosmetic options on these props. In order to pose the various parts (slide, hammer, etc), you need to use the Joint Tool and/or Advanced Bone Tool.
