[WOTC] Iridar's Perk Pack

Opis
This mod adds various abilities that can be used by other mods that add soldier classes, items or provide other ways for soldiers to gain abilities. By itself this mod does absolutely nothing; it relies on other mods to put the new abilities to use.

I intend to put most of my new abilities into this mod, as it will make it more convenient for different mods to reuse the abilities without duplicating code.

Perks in this mod are currently split into the following groups:Click on the group name to see the list of abilities in that group.

REQUIREMENTS
Safe to add mid-campaign.

COMPATIBILITY

Perks in this mod are already configured for Ability To Slot Reassignment and Musashi's RPG Overhaul. Make sure to subscribe to [WOTC] Musashi's Mods Fixes if you use either of these mods.

This mod should not conflict with anything, it has no mod class overrides and makes no changes to other abilities or items that could cause compatibility issues.

CONFIGURATION

Many aspects of this mod are configurable through configuration files in:
..\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2833581072\Config\
Each group of abilities will have its own set of configuration files in its own folder.

Some of the abilities' properties can be configured through XComGame.ini in the group's config folder. Such properties are highlighted in-game with non-standard font color.

Either way you could always just use Keeper mod itself as a perk pack, with some config tweaking it's easy to disable the rest of the mod.

Hi. You should be able to assign the inventory slot via RPGO config. It uses primary weapon slot by default, but you can specify any slot.

Hi friends, using RPGO with this perk pack, all units with Headhunter perk default to the primary weapon. This is noted in the description and I've tried to attach the perk to the handcannon by default but the ability text still reads the primary weapon so I don't think I'm doing it right. How do I attach Headhunter to the handcannons by default?

Sorry for late response, but I tested and couldn't reproduce the bug, Nothing Personal works as intended. Also it's not supposed to "shoot every enemy in sight", no idea where you got that from.
