I’m pretty sure the square textures are the result of the shared phongexponent textures from the real original pack missing. Afterall, this isn’t a reupload, these are just new models that weren’t released before (still no Tanimura, mega sadge) and previous models that got a decent texture revamp and slightly improved faceposing.

I have the original model pack on my hard drive since I downloaded it directly when it was still up (steamcmd ftw) because i knew it would get nuked one day, since that happens to all good addons eventually, but I don’t think Tension will be fine with me reuploading it and I can’t be bothered to ask for permission.

Pardon for the rant, i suppose, but that's the issue in the nutshell. RIP all the deleted Yakuza models.

as for the squary texture, i dont know a fix for that.

as for the ragdolls, they all spawn fine. they probably glitch at certain spots
