Beskrivning
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ENABLING THE MOD

Simulate interiors of some vehicles. Support over a 100 vehicles.

Each vehicle has 25 fully-customizable independent spaces.

The power is tied to the car battery. Some trailers have no battery of their own, and need to be attached to another vehicle to have power.

Some vehicles are entered from the back (trunk area) via the radial menu or hotkey. The trunk can be locked to avoid entry.

An interior with a sink has water collector on the roof available for plumbing.

Instructions




  • /!\ FOLLOW THIS GUIDE TO ADD THE MOD TO AN EXISTING SAVE. FOR MP FOLLOW PHONEY'S GUIDE IN THE DISCUSSION.

  • Non-standard maps (such as Challenge maps) are not supported.

  • In Multiplayer, the map file "vehicle_interior" needs to be put in top priority. Map=vehicle_interior;OtherMaps;Muldraugh, KY;

  • In Multiplayer, Anti cheat Type 2 and 12 might need to be disabled.





Enable the mod "RV Interior". The same mod works in both singleplayer and multiplayer. RV Interior - Vanilla Addon is an optional add-on for vanilla vehicle support.

Enter a vehicle and open the vehicle radial menu. If the vehicle is of a type that has an interior map, an "Enter" option will appear.

To exit an interior, right click on the ground and select the "Exit" context menu option.

With the Mod Options mod installed, a hotkey can be defined to enter and exit the interior (Options -> Keybindings -> Vehicle)

The safe zombie distance to enter can be configured (or disabled) in the Sandbox options. Players in SP who want to change these mid-game can use the Change Sandbox Options mod.

Recommended Mods

allows a hotkey to be defined to enter and exit the interior (Options -> Keybindings -> Vehicle)
allows you to take a trait to start the game somewhere random on the back-roads of Kentucky with an RV. (SP ONLY)
Spawns additional vehicles in locations appropriate to their type.

Just did some testing and this mod dose NOT work with Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars! - Animation Beta. Started a server (41 Multi) and come to find out our favorite Bender Truck had no interior access. Checked all settings, Installed Mod Option To keybind to enter, and Reddit to ensure Maps were in correct order and get heckled.

After testing same settings on a cloned map we discovered in debug the issue was the vehicles listed "Did not have an assigned interior". Spawned in multiples from the list all had the same message on the drop down menu. Vanilla cars (Step Van, Ambulance, ect were working fine).

We then changed the mod back to Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars! OG. Upon reload most of the spawned vehicles changed to other types, Vanilla ones uneffected. I then spawned in new ones from the list, interiors worked on all.

From what i can guess is at some point this mod stopped recognizing FRUC Beta cars as valid for interior Mod.

Just in case, this is only for B41 version of the game, in B42 it is normal you can't see it

I am having an issue where I am subbed to the mod, but it isn't in my modlist whatsoever. I've unsubbed, resubbed and even reinstalled/rebooted my PC a few times. Anyone know what this issue is, and/or how to fix it?

entered the interior then spawned in the woods waaayyy too far from riverside where I was located. LMAO ragequit after realizing the fact.

is there a way to have more interiors added to the map population or to reassign interiors to a different vehicle? i found a police gage on my server but i can't go in it because it says there are no more interiors for this vehicle. do you know if we deleted another vehicle with an interior could we spawn a new vehicle and it would have an interior?

I got to visit the void outside of the interior and even walk up to the interiors of other cars

The strangest thing happened where the back of my truck, without anybody being in it, a single wall in the middle of the "door" disappeared and the floor directly in front of it got turned into a player built type floor :/

You can add it to a server that's already started, there are detailed instructions in the description that can take it through the steps, TLDR you load the mod and the map and mind the map load order, and delete the cells that would house the interiors so the game can reload them properly
