Description
Small mod adds effects to civilian clothes. Clothes like VIP outfits, commoner clothes, administrator, prisoner outfit and etc. got effects to be more useful. This mod is for making you enjoy while wearing them not just because they look good, but also because it make sense.
In addition, from me were added, in my opinion, necessary clothes that the developers did not add.

Bruh. Didn't check texture load. And I wondered why everything worked so smooth at start. Need to roll it back.

your last update broke, the modified vanilla clothes have no textures now! the paramedic costume and bomber hat are fine.

There are some inner-wear that your mod has no effect on, I can't remember off the top of my head.

Some vanilla outfits like the veterans/renegade/admiral/mechanic/boiler/engineer outfits kinda have inferior stats now can they get a role related stat bump?
