Quick Turret Controller Setup

This mod adds a button to the Custom Turret Controller Block that will help setup your rotor turrets automatically.


To use this mod, you will first need to set the Azimuth Rotor in your Custom Turret Controller block. Once you've done that, you can press the "Quick Setup" button.

Quick Setup will scan all blocks attached to the other end of the Azimuth Rotor and will look for other rotors that could be considered Elevation Rotor. Once it finds another Rotor, it will scan all the blocks on the other end of that Rotor, and add any weapons or tools to the Custom Turret Controller (and will assign that Rotor as the Elevation Rotor).


I threw this together in about half an hour, so it hasn't been tested in multiplayer / dedicated server. It was primarily designed so I could quickly setup rotor turrets for NPC grids - which I mostly do offline. If it doesn't work in multiplayer, it may be something I add in the future.

This probably will not properly work with WeaponCore, since that mod re-implements the Custom Turret Controller.
