how do I deactivate the creative menu?

Hey, so i just fumbled around in your survivalgame.lua and changed some things like: game starts as normal survival with limited inventory, god mode off etc... additionally i changed all chat commands to "sm.ishost" for trolls not be able to mess around.
i have no clue how to make the following stuff work but maybe you guys do, so heres my ideas:
make serval commands availible to specific players by "playerID" or name,
disable starter quests (as i really dont know how the "completequest" command works)
for now, im feeling good with the changes i made but i dont want to upload them to the workshop because the most part was your work tho :)
