NeO is a jumpy wolf with control over time flow.

Nspecial pause your current action and retain momentum like a certain game! Also make your opponent in hitpause slowdown by half!
Fspecial consume a bar to project yourself as projectile
Uspecial is a omnidirection teleport
Dspecial when hit will teleport your opponent back to original spot.

All of your normals can be held to pause, and in hitpause you can press special to Roman Cancel
