River's Tribal Mittens

Beskrivning
Adds a set of neolithic-tech mittens. They can be crafted at a crafting spot or tailoring bench.

Tribal peoples have been making clothes to keep their hands warm for thousands of years! Now your neolithic-tech tribal pawns can do the same!

Originally a small expansion on Vanilla Apparel Expanded, this mod can now stand alone. I loved their idea of adding gloves to the game, and now tribal colonists can make their own versions too. Tribal mittens take longer to craft, use more material, and don't work quite as well as VE's industrial-tech gloves, but they can be crafted anywhere without any research needed.


This should work fine with 1.6. Please let me know if you have any update-related issues!

@Valkyree Thank you for asking. If it's just a private mod for you and a few friends that's fine, but since this is a collaboration already (I didn't draw the art), I don't think I'm comfortable with you uploading it to the public workshop as part of a merged mod.

I used the Barbarian set as a basis, and I want to keep the bow from it
I'll also take leather armor (the body armor layer), the Lodur crown (with the same crafting as a regular crown), and a fur cape from the same VFW mod

I can't show you the work because it's only for me, the co-authors, and the administration. To add me as a co-author, you must be friends. The point is that I want to combine several mods and take hairstyles from VFV.

@lynx_019 The tradeoff is that the mitten can be crafted without a tailoring bench. These tribal tech accessories are meant to be useful until you get industrial tech, and then you'll want to upgrade.

I think the tribal mitten's price is a bit too high
it offer less protection than glove but 125%+ price
