No Healing Buff Cap

For some reason, healing buffs can't stack higher than 100%. Normally without mods this won't be reached, but in niche scenarios this limit could be exceeded, such as with stacking arbalest's healing received buff with healing trinkets. Mostly this just messes with modded healing. This mod sets the cap to 9900% instead.

Put this mod above others in your load order.
