Tzeentch Overhaul

Important
The mod has been updated to affect mortal units as well, however, this is just temporary.
In the future:
- Mortal units will get their respective mortal buffs on both Mortal & Demon Lords
- Demon units will get their respective demon buffs on both Mortal & Demon Lords
This is to remove the inconsistency which currently exists between Mortal & Demon Lords. That'll also include a buff to the Soul Grinder units which will get artillery function buffs rather than melee buffs.

Overhauls currently in effect is as follows

Army Skills:
Horrific Advancement
- Replaces Leadership with Range for Horrors.
- Replaces Speed with Reload for Horrors.

Incendiary Ascent
- Replaces Weapon Damage with Ammunition for Flamers.
- Replaces Leadership with Reload for Flamers.

This is to bring them more in line with their actual use in game rather than the the bog standard upgrades all Chaos seem to share.

Kairos Unique Skills:
Bewitching Potency
- Mastery of Elemental Winds is now a factionwide buff to all characters, rather than a lord's army only.

Surely, the God of Magic is capable of such small feats.
As more Tzeentch factions being added to the game down the line, this will likely just be moved to a research and Kairos will get a revamped skill instead that reflects his faction.

Landmarks
Court of the Covenant
- Added 300g to the building.
- Added a 10% income factionwide.

Symposium of Change
- Added 300g to the building.
- Added a -5% upkeep to all armies.

These buffs are to bring them more in line with what Kislev, Cathay and Ogre's get and to encourage the player to actually build them.
