Front High Kick B (clincher)

Alternate front high kick - changed the timing so it's a lot quicker and more of a thrust kick than a big boot, and change the arm positioning so the don't have them way over their head. Also has an impact sound effect now, bah gawd

I didn't gif the other angles 'cause I didn't do anything different with them beyond the changes you see in this one. So no jukin' the kick on the defender's part this time

Damage matches the default front high kick
