The video is not fully representative of this addon. Some sounds have been changed in updates since its upload.

This is not an ordinary footstep pack. Enjoy a more lively, immersive experience - literally in every step - with separated sounds for walking, shuffling, sprinting, and jumping. In addition, these footstep sounds will correspond to the foot they come from. Will you notice this in practice? Probably not. Is it cool? Absolutely.

This mod was inspired by the classic Minecraft mod Presence Footsteps (now integrated into Dynamic Surroundings), which is also where all sound assets are sourced from.

yeah wings is definitely correct, grass and carpet sounds have been swapped

i think the carpet and grass footstep sounds are swaped because on carpet it sounds like grass and grass sounds like carpet

Moving that slow removes footstep sounds even in vanilla.
