It's finally here! The Glorious City of Teotihuacan, the Rome of the New World, lead by the enigmatic Spearthrower Owl and his elite emissary Fire Is Born. Conquer the Maya World, and Owl assure you, hu-can have everything you will every ask for.

This mod requires the Gran Colombia & Maya, Ethiopia, and Aztec DLC's, as well as the Rise & Fall and Gathering Storm espansions. Sorry about that, but there's a lot of stuff running around here. Playing with the OG Port Lime Teotihuacan Leader & Civ abilities, not the BBG ones.

The +1 pop to the capital upon sacking City States (and keeping them) doesn't seem to be working.

But other abilities like No Settlers and the Extra Trade Routes with the Pochteca Enclave seem to be.

The BBG mod dramatically reworks it's constituent mods. It has a completely different set of effects for it's components. I really appreciate the BBG for balancing and bringing this (and many other of my mods!) to competitive MP, but this set of abilities is the one I stand by.

ok, but this text about not building settler doesn't appear in in-game description.
also, in the video of herson showing this civ as 'approved' for bgg 7.0 there are settlers possible to be built..

I do not have the capabilities to 3D model, animate, or arrange for a voice for this leader, not to mention the fact that nobody knows what language he even spoke

This is a pretty great mod although I wish the models for the spearthrower owl units were more unique looking.

Does the civ ability work with CIVITAS City States ruleset or do I need to disable that? Thanks

Not really. You have to submit logs. They are in the "User\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs" folder
