On a June 1st, 1996 episode ofWWFSuperstars, rising star Hunter Hearst Helmsley took on the low ranked Marty Garner. As the future Triple H would go for his Pedigree finisher, Garner may have tried to spring out of the facebuster, but instead, launched himself vertically, as Helmsley held on to his double arm lock to deliver one of the most shockingly brutal piledriver variants in wrestling history.*

The Garner Pedigree obviously does some serious major league damage, inflicting massive damage on the neck. Use this with caution! (And don't try it at home!)
