For those of you unsure, the mod's number is 2727145037 under 392110 so it would be in steamapps\workshop\content\392110\2727145037

So, I found out how to modify this on your own. Go into steamapps folder and into the workshop folder. Find the number for Endless Space 2, for me this was 392110, then find the mod. Then go into the mod's folder and then the Simulation folder. Edit the file with notepad: SimulationDescriptors[MaxCP]
In that file you will find the Value="1000"
Edit it to 100 and you are golden.

Can you do one with 100 command points only?

Hello there. Is it possible to doo the thing for attack points ?

Mean´s can u mod it so that u can attack an enemie 3 times with the same fleet.

The point is , i feels interruped by cheasing the enemie. I attack enemie fleet & if she isnt strong enought she will flee to the nerby system and i have to follow and repeat the attack again.

This suck´s and robs me some time.
