After looking further into it, I found out that this only occurs on the Aether variation of the stage. Hope this help

Hey I just wanted to let you know that the map doesn't plays like how it looks, the platforms are a couple blockes of, you can move beneath the stage a couple blocks down, but other then that the stage looks pretty cool. Hope you can fix this.
