Smooth Voxels

Omschrijving
This mod removes the rough terrain that is found on cliffs and steep hills. Applies to all planets, including modded ones. This mod can theoretically be removed and added at will, but be careful if the planet already has grids on it. Internally, all this mod is doing is removing the "SurfaceDetail" feature from all the planets at startup.

Consider this mod as being in public domain.

This mod is not compatible with mod.io because it has to modify the planet server side and client side.

mod.io is an alternative service Keen uses for Steam workshop that does not work on consoles. You should have some information on it in the game settings as you were supposed to accept it's license ingame (or not).

Awesome, the hills no longer have spike plates on them!

Does this affect moons and astroids?

@Mindlessmrawesome Exactly what turned me away from this mod. Great idea, just too smooth to my liking

fyi the highest point on earth to the lowest point on earth is roughly 8 miles this means if i was to make a scale model of earth to fit in my hand it would be as smooth as a 8 ball from my pool table

The idea of this mod is to force planet makers to edit the voxel map instead of cheating and using the SurfaceDetail feature which ruins cliffs and hills completely. Besides, I don't really have the time anymore to add new features
