Ah yes, the fine Dash 7 kings and the successors to the U boats, none other then the GE C30-7.

Introduced in 1976, they were a successor to the famed U30C, with their 3000hp 16-cylinder engine, they managed to total up 1,137 units by 1986 as a top-competitor with EMD's new and popular SD40-2. A unique variant was made called the "C30-7A' which had a smaller 12-cylinder engine, but was more fuel-effiIcIent. They managed to be top-notch units on the Class I railroads they served, lasting well into the 2000s when the last ones were retired off CSX and BNSF. Today, they have found a smaller lifestyle operating on shortlines or leasing companies, and some are still in regular service on international railroads, especially in Brazil.

As usual, it comes with many variants as seen from the 70's to 2000's, including a Chinese unit (yes ik the real ones are C36-7's)
