figured it out (but not using cmd function of the mod but by item function):
Item Tab
> select equipment
> in enchant field***instead of mf=0-3, use cw=Affix ID,,, use the excel table for the enchant IDs

How can we spawn an item with a specific enchant using commands? managed to spawn items with it using the excel reference but can't seem to add enchants on it
