Adds the footstool mechanic from S S B U into Rivals of Aether but in a new flavor, PRATFALL.

Basically it makes you go into pratfall when you footstool someone. If you dont know how to footstool, look up how to footsool SSBU

Set your char_height properly for the code to work right.
