GP38-2 Livery Pack V2

Finally the other 38's from America are finished.

As some people might not remember, i made some GP38 liveries a long while back for Pain's GP38-2, but with AB dropping his American Freight Expansion Pack, i thought it be worth making revised liveries onto a newer, more accurate model. So after going burnout on the Canadian variants, i slowly made the American variants, which some i left out (Conrail and BN specifically) since i could do those at a later time.

Most of this pack includes CSX, NS, UP, BNSF and 2 one-off units.
