Shield Status - LCD Script

描述
Shield Status

This is an LCD script mod that adds a shield readout for Defense Shields. It is NOT compatible with Energy Shields as, although I loved that mod back in the day, I haven’t used it in years.

Features

  • Current shield status (up, down, overloaded)
  • Current shield HP%
  • Current shield heat%
  • Max shield HP
  • Doesn’t require a PB

Comparison to (THYA) Shield HUD Script

  • + Doesn’t need a PB
  • + Client-side only
  • + More information (e.g. heat)
  • + Nicer looking (IMO)
  • + Less setup needed
  • - Less customisable
  • - Less display options
  • - Mod rather than script

License/Reuse

This is GPLv3 if you don’t know what that means, ask me before using it. You can find the source here[github.com]. Also the file data/scripts/ShieldStatus/DefenseShieldAPI.cs is taken from Defense Shields by Darkstar and isn’t licensed by me (get it from here[github.com]).

Thanks @natomic no problem for the delay ;) It's just in the steam workshop description that the change is needed, not in the mod itself who perfectly works.

Hello, please can you update the required dependancies to the new Defense Shield Version? The retired one just borke the new weapon core version, as it force the game to load the two version of the same mod... Thanks.

What sizes of LCD are you specifically facing issue with? It should resize automatically to fit

oh although being honest I don't see why you wouldn't use it. especially if you run weaponcore see how most of the mods use weapon core are either energy base or kinetic that uses uranium ammunition and uranium rare and only in space meaning you either have a choice between powering your shipping base or make ammunition for Your Bass/ship in a pve/pvp server Life'Tech-Powers (Eng/Esp/De) reactors runoff liquid Deuterium so you can power you ship and or base and still make ammunition to def you base/ships
