A: You cant unless you have VCmod by Freemmaann, which is not finished yet. In the meantime you can buy the old VCmod from CoderHire behind this fancy text[coderhire.com]
If you have VCmod, Its F for lights, H for hazards and F + A/D for Indicators.

Q: How do I drive this?
A: Spawn it from the Vehicles menu, they are under LWCars.

Theirs apparently Loli Hentai for one of the textures for this car. its located behind the right rear passanger seat in the back. its for the orange texture stripped from GTA 4 San Andreas mod
