Are you sure you don't even find it in the list of non active mods?
In case you keep having the problem, you have to put a folder with that same number in D:\Programmi\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\<your id number>\
In the folder you have to put a mod.lua file (take it from another mod) and the .txt file, containing that same number. You should be able to remove at that point
Any idea how to remove 2137725102 from my save?
My save don't even use the mod, but I the game prevents me from loading it.
Marked as critical requirement, but not isntalled since the mod is removed from steam (since sometime last night).
Then I cannot unselect it from the load option.
And although I put a copy (taken from another computer) back to workshop local directory as well as a reference in appworkshop_1066780.acf, the game does not "detect" it.
