Leg Guard D (1)

From Leg Guard C - A version of the leg guard part that flows from the calf better, so things like colored kickpad leggings aren't cut off straight across in the back

Version D is re-cut entirely to be more compatible with shoe designs, and separated into strap (1), legging/guard (2), and shine (3). I'd been meaning to redo C for a while, 'cause some angles had some weird perspective to them. Credit to Spikerase and stiffdragon for the idea to do it this way, though

Update: Extended the strap so it goes a ways under Leg Guard B, both to close the gap and to make more versatile
