PAC3 Meso-Modules Mesonet

I did not make this, any and all credit goes to HoxYourHero for making this, I am merely uploading it due to their absence. If they ask, I will take this down.

Here come the tried and true Meso-Modules, again. These were constructed in 2017 and have been uploaded by myself more than once since then. This is the first of 2 official Meso-Modules in my posession.

Features:
- 2 anemometers and an S-tube
- Compact design for usage on any vehicle
- Prop user friendly (just make the plate invisible)

pac_draw_distance -1 in console will make pac3s not disappear when you go too far away
