Mod『Diverse Preset Empires Fix 3.8.2』（2023/05/14版）と
Mod『Colourful and Dimorphism Pack 3.8.2』（2023/05/14版）と
Mod『Extended Vanilla Clothes』（2023/05/20版）の互換パッチです。

統治者の設定画面でバラバラだった種族衣装の並び順を
「統治者衣装」「総督衣装」「科学者衣装」「提督衣装」「将軍衣装」「貴族衣装」
の順番で全て統一しました。貴族衣装は用意されている種族のみ。
Mod『Colourful and Dimorphism Pack』で追加した女性衣装やネクロイド衣装と水棲種族衣装も
Mod『Extended Vanilla Clothes』に合わせてランダム化しました。
またMod『Extended Vanilla Clothes』の影響で、
プリセット帝国の統治者の衣装が本来のとは違う衣装になっていたので、
バニラ設定の衣装になるように修正しました。
