ロープ際なので,反則技です.
This is a move by Yuya Susumu, who belongs to FREEDOMS and is competing in NOAH.
He catch the opponent's arm in the corner, and while he is hanging upside down, hook the opponent's neck and lock in the armbar.
Since he is against the ropes, this is a foul technique.
