Better incap icons for L4D2 survivors

描述
This mod changes the Incap icons for others more similar to the Left 4 Dead 2 survivors. Since the originals are from their beta versions.

I tried to match the style already used by L4D for the incap icons. While not 100% similar, I achieved a pretty convincing result lol.

CREDITS:

it was a sad day when i switched hud and these stopped working. every incap i was reminded what i lost. it was hard times. but i have found the way to merge both mods and now the sun shines just a little brighter

@hacker tu viejo To be honest with you, it is not in my plans to make one for L4D1 survivors.

Mostly because for me the ones already in the game are fine, but ok, I'll take it into consideration :P

@Combine GHz I had tried to do the L4D1 ones, but I never liked the way they turned out, so I don't see much chance of doing them.

@Nah In fact, all four characters have the models of their beta versions in the incap icon. I guess they didn't change them due to lack of time or because they forgot lol

I'm surprised actually, becuse in "The Last Stand Update" they didn't fix this lmao

I have thought about making the version for those of the L4D1, but, personally, I do not see it necessary, since, for my taste, they look good as they are, in fact, these Incap icons, I made them based on those of the L4D1.
