Hit & Run/Tech-Chaser

• Pros: Very high damage output and high mobility.
  
• Cons: Weak recovery, weapon drops are based on RNG.

N-special: "Guns For Show":

• Using his Uzi, Jacket fires a barrage of bullets capable of destroying projectiles, but the bullets are counted and the gun must be reloaded.

F-special: "Pitcher":

• Whether it's to close the distance or stun his victim, Jacket will throw whatever comes to hand.

D-special: "I got New Friends":

• Jacket can pick up a random weapon from the ground to have a minimum of 2x in combo.

U-special: "Knife For Pros":

• In a fast-action turn, Jacket gains momentum in a jump that allows him to gain priority in the air.

Jacket has a vast knowledge of the arsenal and the use of any object within his reach as a weapon, this guy is about to enter the cage and prove that he is also an animal.

Arsenal:

• Baseball bat: Damage and knockback in balance.
  
• Golf club: Low damage and slightly high knockback.
  
• Sledgehammer: High damage and high knockback.
  
• Fire Axe: A light upgrade in damage to the baseball bat.
  
• Katana: High damage and low knockback.
  
• Chainsaw: Different moveset, taking a style based on grabs.
  
• Trophy: Without moveset, it is used as a high-risk throwable object.
  
• Shotgun: Replaces the Uzi for more damage, less bullets and a lot of recoil.

Note: As a projectile its damage varies in relation to its description and a minimum 2x combo counter is required to pick up a weapon, this is to avoid abusive spam, but it is a temporary solution prior to the rework.
