Rim-Hivers: Queen Scenario Patch

A small patch for Vexed Tree's Rim-Hivers! That allows the player to start with a queen, as opposed to a prince, with two brand-new starter scenarios.

This is set up as a mod rather than a scenario because getting a queen as a starter pawn is impossible unless a new type of faction was created under the hood.

"The Hive-less Queen" is intended to be a slight spin on the traditional Naked Brutality start, taking into account the fact that Queens product new Hivers at regular intervals. It's easy to die early, but if you survive, your Hive will grow quickly.

"Vagabond Hive" is intended to be a way for players to start with a larger group of Hivers early on, because the race is built to have strength in numbers.

For the record: I have not played Kenshi. I am not familiar with the lore of the Hivers, and as such I have no idea if this scenario fits within that lore. I'm less interested in this scenario being lore-friendly and more interested in it being fun to play.
